Rollercoaster

It's official. Daddy is leaving tonite to go to Iraq. This sucks. He promises me that he will be in a safe area. His company has a clause in the contract that they can't go beyond "the wire", or out on patrol. I've known for months that this day would come, but I'm still having a problem processing the news. Ho Hum.
Here's to my daddy. I love you.

TV Turnoff Week, April 23-29

I love my TV as much as the next gal. But next week, I'm going to make a conscious effort to break the cycle of viewing. I'm hoping that I'll have a TV is for Suckers type of epiphany and quit altogether.

Engineering students at the University of California Santa Cruz are paying homage to the eternal arcade game, Donkey Kong. Specifically they wanted to symbolize the success that a small team of creators/collaborators achieved in 1981.

I'm a Nursery.

It's official this year! Inspected and ready to sell me herbs. The All Locals Farmers Market is every other Saturday in Columbia. Check the Free Times for the location. It's exciting to finally sell the plants myself. I've always sold them at wholesale prices to places like Rosewood Market. Now, I can reap all the benefits of my hard work! Waa-ha-ha-ha! It's all mine!
